海外発送の流れ／Overseas Shipping Process

海外からのご注文について

以下の手順でお願いします。

①GLAB.shop内でご希望の商品をカートに入れる

②送料をカートに入れる

③お支払い（カード決済）

＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝

以上のお手続きののち、3営業日以内に広島から発送します。

■送料について

・手続きを簡単かつ迅速にするため、送料を一律12000円とさせていただきました。これには国内の送料、手数料を含みます。

・箱が2個口になる場合は送料が2倍になります。送料が不足する場合は、後日請求させていただきます。

・大量に注文される場合は、ソックスやインソールの箱から商品のみを取り出してお送りすることが可能です。これにより2個口になるべきところを1個口でお送りできる可能性が高まります。ご希望の場合は、「ご注文完了後、24時間以内」にメールでお知らせください。

・Add the desired products to your cart on GLAB.shop.

・Add the shipping fee to your cart.

・Proceed with the payment (credit card).

After completing the above steps, we will ship your order from Hiroshima within three business days.

To simplify and expedite the process, we have set a flat shipping fee of 12,000 JPY, which includes domestic shipping and handling fees.
If the shipment requires two boxes, the shipping fee will be doubled. If the shipping fee is insufficient, we will charge you the additional amount later.
For large orders, we can remove the products from the socks or insole boxes and send them without the boxes. This may allow us to ship everything in one box instead of two. If you prefer this option, please notify us by email within 24 hours after completing your order.

After shipment, we will inform you of the expected delivery date and tracking number.
