Description

In this DVD, we will review the anatomy using ultrasound echography, and then demonstrate the theory and practice of precision palpation and interstitial release. We will introduce precision palpation that "reach[s] where it hurts" and interstitial release as a treatment method.

Precision palpation and symptomatic treatment (classroom lecture)

Touching the body with your fingers is important in all medical situations. There are many things you can learn by touching, and improving your touch skills will definitely improve your medical treatment.
In the first half, we will use slides to delve deeper into what precision palpation is.

Precision palpation and tissue release techniques (practical)

In the first half, we compare palpation and ultrasound. There is no progress if you just touch without knowing what it is. We confirm what you are actually touching on the image (echo).
In the second half of the course, you will be asked to perform detailed palpation. You will need to use your fingertips to explore areas that are hidden by the skin and not visible, and you will need to compare your anatomical knowledge with what you are touching.
