Exchanges, returns and defective products

- If you wish to exchange or return an unopened product for personal reasons, please contact us by email or phone within 7 days of purchase.
- Please note that we cannot accept exchanges or returns for opened products.
- In the event of cancellation, we will refund your payment by bank transfer at a later date in accordance with our cancellation policy. Refunds will not be given at convenience stores.
Exchange and return shipping fees

Defective Products
