Order flow
1. Premise
・This system is intended for those who have not tried on Liberación in advance and have not completed the size adjustment.
・The wooden pattern differs for each series (eg AM, AS, etc.), and the fit differs. If you are considering purchasing a series that you have not tried on before, you will need to match the size for each series.
2.Order and payment
・Please be sure to check the pumps try-on agreement when using.
・Free 3-pair try-on is limited to credit card payment.
・We will ship a total of 3 pairs of 0.5 cm before and after the size you ordered.
*If there is no stock, we may substitute other sizes and colors.

4.Purchase and return
・Please check the payment method.
・Please fill out the necessary information on the enclosed "Shipment/Return/Purchase Slip" and send it along with the product to be returned.
・When returning the product to try on, please use the enclosed Yamato Transport "shipment and payment slip". Refunds for shipping charges that you have temporarily paid will be made according to the flow of return patterns 1 to 3 in the above diagram.
・If you do not purchase the item, we will inspect the item after returning it, and then issue a full refund.

payment method
● Orders for regular purchases (no try-on): Various payment methods are available.
● When ordering "3 colors" free fitting system / "3 sizes" free fitting system: Credit card payment only.
● For regular purchases (without trying on), the credit card company will be billed when the product is shipped.
● When using the free try-on system, the amount charged will be determined after inspection of the returned item, and will be billed to the credit card company after confirmation.
● Bank transfer can be used only for regular purchases (without trying on).
● Requests regarding bank transfers
・Please make the advance payment within one week of placing your order.
・Please make a transfer under the same name as the person who placed the order.
・The transfer fee will be borne by the customer.
・We will inform you of the transfer destination information by e-mail.
● Requests after payment
・After completing the transfer, please contact liberacion@realine.info to confirm the completion of the transfer.
・We will ship the item within 3 business days after confirming the payment.
postage
● Shipping is free from 22,001 yen including tax, and shipping is charged by area for orders under 22,000 yen.
● When returning the product after trying it on, please use the Yamato Transport payment slip included in the package to return the product.
●If you purchase a pair of shoes, we will deduct the return shipping fee from your credit card payment.
●If you purchase more than 2 pairs, your credit card will be charged for the additional amount at a later date.
●When all three pairs are returned, there are two options for refunding the shipping fee.
1) If you use Paypal, it is possible to refund the shipping fee with a cheaper fee than bank transfer. This is recommended if you already have an account or if you can create a new account.
2) In the case of bank transfer, we will refund the shipping fee after deducting the transfer fee.
⇒ Please contact liberacion@realine.info for "Refund by Paypal" or "Refund by bank transfer" for your desired refund method of the shipping fee.
● We may ask you to purchase the returned item if it is damaged or soiled. In that case, the customer will be charged for the actual shipping cost.
● In the case of any purchase method, if we find that the product shipment will be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, we will inform you of the delivery date by e-mail.
● The delivery address is only within Japan. If you wish to send it overseas, please contact us by email (liberacion@realine.info).
About delivery
● Yamato Transport will deliver.
*We cannot accept the designation of the shipping company. Please note.
●You can change the delivery address before the product is shipped. Please note that we cannot respond to orders that have already been shipped from the product shipping center.
●Depending on the shipping status, we may be able to accommodate your request, but please understand that we cannot generally respond to your order after it has been completed.
As a general rule, we do not support overseas shipping to individuals.
We are sorry. No international personal orders are processed. Please find a distributor in your country or ask your Japanese friend to ship them to you.
About non-return/cancellation return
●If the return is delayed, the late fee is 2000 yen per day. Starting from the date of receipt as day 1, the deadline for return is the 4th day. (Example: Monday delivery, Thursday delivery)
● In the following cases, we will charge the actual cost as repackaging cost.
●If the cosmetic box containing the shoes is damaged, soiled, or wet (charge: 4,500 yen)
●If the product seal is removed or if there are no other items included in the package (billed amount: 1,000 yen)
●In the following cases, you will be required to purchase shoes at full price. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for delivering the purchased product.
● If there is evidence that it has been "used".
●If there is dirt or damage.
● If there are wrinkles when worn.
● If the sole is dirty or scratched.
● In addition, when there is an abnormality that hinders the sale as a product.
● If the try-on sample is not returned to the product center within 10 days after receipt
We only accept exchanges if you contact us within 7 days from the date of purchase. Please contact us by email if you wish to do so.

[When using credit card payment]
・Refunds will be made for credit card cancellations and partial refunds.
・Please note that if there is an error in the credit card refund on the credit card company's website, it may be changed to "account refund". (*If an error occurs, we will contact you.)
[When using bank transfer]
・We will refund the money to your account.
・Please note that a transfer fee will be charged if the product is returned due to customer reasons.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused. We will respond to return or exchange as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please describe the defective condition in as much detail as possible using photos and text in your email.

When you receive the product, please open it immediately and make sure that there are no defects in the product and that there are no errors in your order. If the product delivered is the wrong product, we will exchange it for the correct product. In addition, if there is no stock that can be exchanged, we will refund the full amount. In addition, we will bear the shipping cost for returning the product.

Please read the following notes carefully and be careful not to violate the terms.

1. What is "try-on"?
● "Trying on" refers to standing on the included "fitting mat" and confirming the comfort and looking at the full length.
● Regardless of indoors or outdoors, when worn outside the "fitting mat", it will be "used".
2. How to try on
1) When unpacking, take a photo to document the condition of the packaging. Please return the item in the packaging in which it was delivered.
● Please handle the shipping box, shoe box, and the fabric inside the shoe box with care as they will be used when returning the item.
● Do not throw away the product tag, cloth, and packing materials.
2) Please go indoors on the "fitting mat".
● Wear socks or stockings.
● Be careful not to stain, damage, or create wrinkles when trying on the shoes.
● If there are conspicuous wrinkles such as walking wrinkles, or if the sole is dirty or worn, we will purchase it.
3) Take a step and check the fit.
● Jumping and bouncing are outside the range of fitting (considered to be used).
3. Order/Return Method: Shipping/Return/Purchase Slip (Check Sheet)
1) Check the "Purchase" box for the products you wish to purchase.
2) Please check the "Return" box for items to be returned.
4. Return method
1) Ship within 4 days of receipt.
● If received on Monday, count Monday as day 1 and Thursday as day 4.
● If the shipping date is delayed, a late fee of 2000 yen per day will be charged.
● Please return the product to the product center using the Yamato Transport shipping and payment slip.
2) Repack it in exactly the same condition as when you received it.
● Be sure to include the fitting mat and shipping/return/purchase slip (check sheet).
● Pack securely in the shipping box in which it was received.
● If the product including the shoe box is damaged when returned, it will be subject to purchase.
5. Terms and Conditions for Claims Related to Incomplete Returns
1) The return date is the 4th day, counting the day of receipt as the 1st day. If the return is delayed, the late fee is 2000 yen per day.
2) We will charge 4,000 yen if the shoe box is damaged or wet.
3) In the following cases, shoes will be purchased at full price.
● If the try-on sample is not returned to the product center within 10 days after receipt.
● If the returned product is found to be damaged or dirty,
