How to order
1. Prerequisites: This system is for people who have not tried on Liberación and have not yet had the size adjusted.
・Each series (e.g. AM, AS, etc.) has a different wooden last, which results in a different fit. If you are considering purchasing a series that you have not tried on before, you will need to have the size adjusted for each series.
2. When ordering, paying or using the service, please be sure to check the pumps fitting terms and conditions.
・Free try-on of 3 pairs of shoes is limited to payment by credit card.
*We will ship 3 pairs of shoes in total, with an extra 0.5cm difference between the size you ordered.
*If the item is out of stock, we may substitute it with a different size or color.
3. Return Policy
・Please check the return policy/cancellation and return policy.
4. Please check the purchase, return and payment methods.
・Please fill in the necessary information on the enclosed "Shipping, Return, and Purchase Invoice" and send it together with the item you wish to return.
・When returning the tried-on items, please use the Yamato Transport "Prepaid Shipping Slip" included in the package. The refund for the prepaid shipping fee that you have temporarily incurred will be made by following the steps in return patterns 1 to 3 in the diagram above.
If you do not purchase the product, we will return it to you, inspect it and then give you a full refund.

Payment Method
<Payment Method>
● For regular purchase orders (without trying on): Various payment methods are available.
● When ordering using the "3 color" free fitting system or the "3 size" free fitting system: Payment must be made by credit card.
<Credit card payment>
● For regular purchases (without trying on), your credit card company will be charged when the product is shipped.
● If you use the free trial system, we will determine the amount to be charged after inspecting the returned item, and then charge your credit card company after you have confirmed it.
<Bank transfer>
● Bank transfer is available only for regular purchases (without trying on).
● Request regarding bank transfer: Please make the advance payment within one week of placing your order.
・Please make the transfer under the same name as the person placing the order.
・Transfer fees will be borne by the customer.
・We will send you the transfer details by email.
● Request after transfer: Once the transfer is complete, please contact liberacion@realine.info to inform us that the transfer has been completed.
・We will ship your item within 3 business days after confirming your payment.

<In the case of regular purchase>
● Free shipping for orders over 22,001 yen (tax included). For orders under 22,000 yen, shipping charges will be charged based on the area.
<When using the free fitting system>
● Shipping costs for products shipped after your order is placed are free.● When returning the product after trying it on, please use the Yamato Transport prepaid shipping slip included with the item to cover shipping costs.
●If you purchase one pair, the shipping fee incurred when returning the item will be deducted from the amount already paid by credit card.
●If you purchase two or more pairs, the additional charges will be charged to your credit card at a later date.
●If you return all three pairs of shoes, you will have two options for receiving your pre-paid shipping fee:
1) If you pay via Paypal, you can get a refund for the outgoing payment at a lower fee than if you paid via bank transfer. If you already have an account or would like to create a new account, we recommend this option.
2) If you pay by bank transfer, we will refund the shipping fee minus the bank transfer fee.
⇒ To find out how you would like to receive a refund for the prepaid fee, please contact liberacion@realine.info and inquire about "refund via Paypal" or "refund via bank transfer."
● If the returned item is damaged or dirty, we may ask you to purchase it. In that case, we will charge you the actual shipping cost.
<Caution>
● Regardless of the purchasing method, if we find that shipping of the product will be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you by email to inform you of the delivery date.
* We only ship to addresses within Japan. If you would like to have your item shipped overseas, please contact us by email (liberacion@realine.info).
Delivery Information
<Delivery companies>●Delivery will be made by Yamato Transport.
*Please note that we cannot accept requests to specify a delivery company.
<If you want to change the delivery address>
●If the product has not yet been shipped, you can change the delivery address. However, if the product has already been shipped from the product shipping center, we cannot accommodate your request.
<When shipping separate orders together>
●We may be able to accommodate your request depending on the shipping situation, but please note that we are generally unable to do so after your order has been completed.
<Shipping overseas>
As a general rule, we do not ship overseas to individuals.
We are sorry. No international personal orders are processed. Please find a distributor in your country or ask your Japanese friend to ship them to you.
No Return Policy / Cancellation Return Policy
<Returns for "3 colors" and "3 sizes">
●If the return is delayed, the late fee is 2,000 yen per day. The date of receipt is counted as the first day, and the return deadline is the fourth day. (Example: Arrives on Monday, ships on Thursday)
●In the following cases, we will charge you the actual cost of repackaging.
If the box containing the shoes is damaged, dirty, or wet (charge: 4,500 yen)
If the product sticker has been removed or other items are not included (charge: 1,000 yen)
●In the following cases, you will be asked to pay the retail price for the shoes. The shipping costs for the purchased items will be borne by the customer.
●If there are signs of "use".
If it is dirty or damaged.
●If there are creases from wearing.
●If the sole is dirty or scratched.
●If there are any other abnormalities that would prevent the product from being sold.
If the fitting sample is not returned to the product center within 10 days of receipt
<Exchanges and returns>
We only accept exchanges if you contact us within 7 days of the purchase date. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us by email.

<Items not eligible for exchange>
・Products that have been purchased more than 8 days ago ・Products that have acquired odors, stains, or scratches while in the customer's possession ・Products that have been used, altered, washed, or cleaned ・Products with damaged, defaced, or lost "boxes, product tags, label stickers, etc." ・Products that are returned to us in a significantly different condition from when they were delivered (including boxes and accessories)
<About refunds>
[If you use credit card payment]
・We will cancel your credit card and refund your payment partially.
・Please note that if an error occurs on the credit card refund on the credit card company's website, we may change it to "account refund." (※We will contact you if an error occurs.)
[If using bank transfer]
・We will refund your payment to your account.
・Please note that if you return the product for reasons of your own convenience, we will charge you a transfer fee.
If you receive a defective product:
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. We will promptly process your return or exchange. Please send us an email with a detailed description of the defect, including photos and text.

<About changing or cancelling your order>
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that orders that have already been shipped from the product fulfillment center cannot be changed or canceled.
<About differences between product images and actual colors>
Just like humans, animal leather has its own individuality. It is inevitable that the color tone will change within the range of individuality. In addition, the product photographed as a sample may differ slightly from the actual product in terms of specifications, processing, size, etc. Please note this in advance. Please use the free color try-on system to check the actual color.
If the product you received is different from the product you ordered
When you receive the product, please open it immediately and make sure to check that there are no defects in the product and that there are no errors in your order. If the product you received is the wrong one, we will exchange it for the correct product. If we do not have the correct item in stock to exchange, we will refund the full amount. We will also cover the shipping costs for the return shipment.
Terms and conditions for trying on Liberación pumps
Please read the following precautions carefully and be careful not to violate the terms and conditions.

*Please return the contents of Try-On Accessory Packet A together in a clear pack.
1. What is "trying on"? "Trying on" means standing on the "fitting mat" included with the product and checking the fit and looking at the mirror.
● Regardless of whether they are indoors or outdoors, wearing the shoes outside of the fitting mat counts as "use."
2. How to try on the product
1) When you open the item, please take a photo to record the condition of the packaging. When returning the item, please return it to the original packaging.
● Please handle the shipping box, shoe box, and the fabric inside the shoe box with care as they will be used when returning the items.
● Do not throw away the product tags, fabric, or packaging materials, but keep them.
2) Please do this indoors on a fitting mat.
● Please wear socks or stockings.
● Please try on the shoes carefully to avoid stains, damage, and creases.
● We will not purchase shoes if they have noticeable creases from walking, or if the soles are dirty or worn.
3) Test the fit by stepping on it.
● Jumping or bouncing is outside the scope of trying on (is considered use).
3. Order and return procedures: Shipping, returns, and purchase slips (check sheets)
1) Please check "Purchase" for the item you wish to purchase.
2) Please check the "Return" box for any items you wish to return.
4. Return method
1) Please ship within 4 days of receipt.
● If you receive it on Monday, Monday will be counted as the 1st day and Thursday will be the 4th day.
● If the shipping date is delayed, a late fee of 2,000 yen per day will be charged.
● Please return the item to the product center using a Yamato Transport prepaid shipping slip.
2) Repackage the item in exactly the same condition as when you received it.
● Please be sure to include the fitting mat and shipping/return/purchase receipt (check sheet).
● Please pack the item securely in the shipping box it was received in.
● If the product, including the shoe box, is damaged when you return it, it will be eligible for purchase.
5. Terms and conditions for claims regarding defects at the time of return
1) The date of receipt is counted as the first day, and the return deadline is the fourth day. If the return is delayed, a late fee of 2,000 yen per day will be charged.
2) If the packaging for the shoes is damaged or wet, we will charge 4,000 yen.
3) You will have to purchase the shoes at full price in the following cases.
If the sample is not returned to the product center within 10 days of receipt. If the returned product is found to be damaged or dirty,
