Rental service usage guide

The official Realine online store has started a rental service for Realine products.

While minimizing the financial burden on patients and athletes, ReaLine products can be used for as long as necessary, such as for treatment at home or during sports training camps.

How to use

Step 1 Application

Select a product

Select the rental item you want and press the "Proceed to order screen" button.

When the rental application screen appears, confirm the item and price and proceed with the payment.

Payment

You will be charged one week's rental fee. Payment for rental items can only be made by credit card. Your application is complete once the purchase procedure is complete.

Step 2 Rental start

Once your order is complete, your item will be shipped the next business day.

Step 3 Extension

If the item is not returned within 8 days of the rental start date, the rental period will be automatically extended for another week.

Step 4 Return

Once you have finished using it, please return it to the address below.

If you return the item cash on delivery, you will be charged an additional one week rental fee. Please be careful when arranging the return shipping.

*For information on how to pack the item when returning it, please refer to the "Packing Manual" included with the rental item. The rental ends when we receive the rental item.

Rental period definition

Rental start and end dates

The date of shipment of the rental item will be considered the 0th day of rental, and the date on which GLAB receives the returned item will be considered the end date of rental.

Definition of extension and extension fee

The first week is from the first to the seventh rental day, and the second week is from the 8th to the 14th rental day.

If it is returned on the 7th day, a 1 week fee will be charged, but if it is returned on the 8th day, a 2 week fee will be charged.

Please note that we are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, so you cannot receive rental items on those days. The rental period ends on the day you receive the item, so please check the rental period and ship the item so that it can be received on a business day.

Notes

Regarding damage etc.

  • If you discover any malfunctions, defects, or damage at the start of your rental, please take a photo of the condition and notify the GLAB product manager by email ( shop@realine.info ) before using the item.
  • If the above initial defect is not reported and a defect or damage is found in the returned product, we will purchase it back or charge you for the repair costs.
  • If the item is packed improperly, there is a risk of deformation or other problems occurring during transportation. When returning the item, please carefully read the "Packing Manual" included with the rental item before packing it.
