Differences between TH and SI sets
The SI set is an upgraded version of the conventional TH set. The TH set is sold as a set of two units of the same shape, but the SI set is sold as a set of two units, one unit used in the TH set and one SI unit with a modified shape.
The SI unit is characterized by a modified back frame shape that fits the sacroiliac joint. It is designed to increase pressure on the sacroiliac joint when the belt is tightened, improving the pelvic alignment correction power.

returnI can't loosen the rearline core belt (I don't know how to operate the ratchet)
Please follow the steps below:
1: Push the knob marked "unlock" at the base of the ratchet towards the "ReaLine" logo in the center of the main body. While holding this position, rotate the ratchet 180 degrees outward to open it. Please note that the ratchet will not open 180 degrees unless you push in the "unlock" button.
2: The ratchet circled in red in the image below is fully open 180 degrees. If it is not fully open like the upper ratchet, press "unlock" again and open it 180 degrees again.
*It will be easier to open the ratchet if you insert your finger into the red circle in the image and push outward.
3: With the ratchet fully open, you can loosen the belt.
*Once you have finished loosening the belt, follow the same procedure to return the ratchet to its original position while pressing "unlock."
I want to repair or replace the rear line core.

◎Repairs for ratchet stiffness or poor movement Ratchets are treated as consumables, and any defects that occur within six months of purchase will be repaired free of charge.
・If it has been more than six months, please purchase the replacement part and then proceed with the replacement procedure.

◎Repairs when the ratchet comes off the main body・If the ratchet comes off the main body together with the metal fitting, repairs will be required at the manufacturing factory. It will take about 1 to 2 weeks for the repair to be completed.
- Repairs will be at actual cost, and we will provide you with an estimate after checking the condition.
・Repairs will begin after payment of the repair costs has been confirmed.
◎Repairs for malfunctions of the attachment/detachment lever : These repairs are also carried out at the manufacturing factory.
After checking the condition, we will provide you with an estimate and begin repairs after confirming your payment.
If any parts are missing, please send them together with the unit.
Is it possible to use SI units on the rib cage?
The SI Unit has a specially designed back frame shape that makes it easier to apply pressure to the sacroiliac joint. Therefore, although we recommend using a TH Unit for mounting on the thorax, it is possible to use an SI Unit on the thorax.
